UR Rotaract is a local and international service club in University of Rochester sponsored by Rotary International. The goals of Rotaract is to fosters leadership and responsible citizenship, encourages high ethical standards in business, and promotes international peace and understanding. Rotaractors are a part of a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world. They begin their effort on the community level, but they know no limits in their outreach.
Founded in 2006 by Joe Stadolnik, UR Rotaract has since been an active participant in various community service work and has hosted several cultural events such as Ethiopian dinner at Natural Oasis Cafe.
