She plain told Arthur he could not have the kitten back. She has had many complaints posted that she charges 2 and 3 times the going rate for services rendered and many folks are upset that they were charged for no services rendered as well. + + She subsequently unlawfully stole the kitten and would not return the kitten to us. She extorted this kitten by falsely claiming the medical expenses would be exorbitant, therefore scaring Arthur into just wanting what is best for the kitten. At that time he had no idea she had posted discrediting information on the Henrietta Animal Hospital website claiming Arthur was responsible for the health issues of the kitting - which is NOT true. + + She is having all questions about the kitten that are asking why the kitten has not been returned to us, or people defending us deleted immediately off her website to hide the fact that she stole this kitten and re-homed it without our consent or permission. She then has anyone blocked who posted inquiries to further hide her unethical practices. + + If you call and ask about the "kitten with the torn lip" at the Henrietta Animal Hospital, she has instructed her employees to hang up on you. + + She has had her email address disabled as well.

Arthur felt very strongly that the little kitten would not make it through the night but he didn't want the tiny kitten to die cold and alone. + + Arthur was able to revive the tiny kitten and they formed a very special bond. The tiny kitten belongs to Arthur Barnes. + + I have been a life-long friend of Arthur Barnes, the kind and gentle loving man who picked up this half dead kitten out of the pouring down freezing rain, who he didn't think would live much past another hour. I am very uncomfortable with + the accusations made about him being "absent in this kitten's welfare" on your Facebook website. + + He is the gentle and loving man who picked up this nearly dead kitten from a parking lot next to a car tire who was crying out in pain in the pouring down freezing rain, unfortunately on his way to work. Most people would have simply turned a deaf ear to the cries and a deaf eye to the kitten in the first place. He revived the kitten, fed it what it would eat, even posting a photo the poor kitten feeling it would not even make it to night fall. Here are the facts that you missed: + + Arthur did not harm the kitten, he is the one person out in this cruel world who picked up the near death kitten to help the poor thing have a chance to even get medical care in the first place. . .aka: at your establishment. + + Re: Michele Spath, your "good client" only paid for the initial visit, as I communicated with her tonight finding out she simply was helping Arthur get medical care for the kitten. As a direct result of your disparaging post, she was bombarded by the many people who know and love Arthur. Your establishment posted this inaccurate information: "It required immediate and extensive medical care which was paid for by a good client." She told me this evening that she only paid for the initial visit, not the "extensive care" you are falsely claiming she paid for on your website. + + I have personally known Arthur for over 40 years. He is the kindest most considerate man I know. He has saved many unfortunate animals and even a few humans. + + I am appealing to you today to return the tiny kitten to him known as "Itty Bitty."
