2007-08-25 08:45:06 Don't expect fine workmanship, but it's a useful source for relatively inexpensive household furniture. They tend to lean towards overstuffing everything. —DaveMahon
2007-11-23 16:59:57 Got our new sofa sleeper home and it had a stain on the arm rest, which ended up also being broken. Called up Value City right away and explained that we had to borrow a truck to pick it up and didn't want to go through that again. They offered to deliver and exchange the couch for free. So while our couch was faulty, the customer service afterward was good. Hopefully the new couch works out. (Delivering it Saturday) —SaraChristine
2007-12-09 18:56:55 Good price-quality ratio. Excellent customer service: we bought our bed there, springboard had a small hole on it, called them and they exchanged the faulty item in a couple of days with no expenses for us. —AndreaCogliati
