Video Propulsion is a communication design house located in Rochester, NY dedicated to telling your story. They specialize in HD & SD video production, animation, motion graphics and web design & development.
Video Propulsion grew from the merger of Tel-Pro, Inc., one of the areas first video production companies, and Pulse Productions. Since 2000 the principle owners, David Barker and Paul Lossowski, have expanded the company to include High Definition video production, long and short form corporate communications, broadcast and cable entertainment, advertising and web-based video.
