Chapter 20 of the Vietnam Veterans of America is the Rochester, NY chapter of the non-profit veterans service organization known as Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.. The most visible manifestation of the VVA in Rochester for most residents is the popular thrift store located downtown. 2009-06-29 18:11:04 This thrift store no longer has available dressing rooms, which is a great pity, as they have a broad selection of clothes. Donations are easily made here, however; a very user-friendly experience on that end. —Snowbag
