2008-09-07 23:18:22 WHAM tends to feature a fairly heavily conservative slant. Sean Hannity, for example, was a staple during the morning commute and might still be for all I know. I prefer WXXI. —DaveMahon
2009-01-19 11:39:11 I heard a rumor that Lonsberry may be leaving. I think this would be a big mistake. I find Bob a bit of a loose cannon at times but he is generally fair and has great common sense, something we need more of these days. I think that the D&C is in trouble, partly because the editorial staff is out of touch with the readership. To keep WHAM connected locally you benefit from having a local voice. I think Lonsberry does a nice job. —gregriley
2009-01-19 16:59:26 FYI Greg-the rumor of his leaving came right from his own writing (
http://lonsberry.com/writings.cfm). He is just trying to drum up discussion as usual—he knows nothing for sure.
As to Dave's comment from 9/7/2008 Sean Hannity has never contributed to 1180 in the morning. Rush has a morning blurb (generally to be ignored). Hannity is on from 11pm-1am. —PeteB
2009-11-14 21:06:52 Most of the night time guys on this station are the nutty ones (Savage, Hannity, and Beck) —DamianKumor
