Waterloo Premium Outlets is an outlet shopping center and day trip destination in Waterloo, particularly frequented by Rochesterians looking for name brand goods at reduced prices. While this outlet mall does have a couple noteworthy stores that cater to Middle America, a much better use of your time at an outlet center would be to take a trip to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. This is also a Chelsea/Simon outlet center. It is only 4 hours from Rochester in Harriman, NY and has a real selection of outlet stores. It is an easy day trip destination from Rochester; you could even fly into the Westchester airport (nearby the center) in less than an hour if you wanted.
