A 100 person Strategy Team was formed, 8 Work Teams with separate areas of focus were formed, meeting from August 2006 through February 2007 and developed multiyear objectives, and strategies to meet those objectives. He was one of the 38 RCZ members to visit the Harlem Children's Zone December 18, 2006.
