August 19	Seven people shot and three killed in a drive-by on Genesee Street, after a basketball game at Wilson High School.
October 16	Rochester Rhinos win USL Championship
October 21	MCC Damon Campus groundbreaking ceremony is held at one of the buildings at Kodak headquarters.

November 9	Gallina Development announces it has renamed the Chase Tower The Metropolitan.
November 23	Strathallan Hotel owners acquire the Century Club of Rochester.
November 30	WAYO-LP 104.3 begins broadcasting.
December 31	US Justice Dept announces the arrest of Emanuel Lutchman for allegedly plotting an ISIS-inspired New Year's attack on Merchants Grill; city fireworks subsequently canceled.
