88 Elm Street is a 13-story vacant office building currently planned to be converted from a bland, brick and cement building with narrow windows into a modern, largely glass mixed-use structure with ground-floor commercial, 36 apartments and a two-story office at the top with a wraparound balcony. The building is next to the Midtown Tower.

2015-01-07 11:10:38 Another great project for downtown we need this .after all these years a lot of buildings just sat empty and now someone is adopting all these buildings and making them work. Keep it going investors we will have a downtown again.
