A Horse with Wings was a home décor, gift, and antiques store in the Neighborhood of the Arts. The owner was John Haldoupis, who was the artistic director for Blackfriars Theater for over 35 years. The shop also served as his studio space. Formerly a painter, Haldoupis worked in fiber arts and the shop features personally embellished bags and apparel, as well as canvases and designer lampshades made from vintage textiles.
The 1910 home was renovated by neighborhood activist Doug Rice.
Opened in November 2016.
