Auragen Communications, founded in 1995, is one of the largest Web development firms in Rochester, NY. The acquisition brings together the two companies and enhances Catalyst’s capabilities, positioning the company as a truly integrated direct marketing firm. Twenty Auragen employees will also join Catalyst, expanding the company’s staff to 85.
