Blaze Pizza is a national chain pizzeria located in Henrietta Plaza and specializes in hand crafted artisan pizza that is cooked over a high temperature flamed oven to cook in 3 minutes. LeBron James and Maria Shriver were founding investors of the concept. Similar to local Pi Craft Pizza and Pizzeria Favo. Opened March 2, 2018.

2018-04-21 20:13:35 Blaze was nice. We had a coupon for a freebie and they slightly burned mine so they gave us (unsolicited) another coupon. Wife had the White Pizza while I had the Chicken BBQ. Both outstanding. Drinks were bottled or out of a dispenser. Line moved quickly. Format is like the Core Life where they piece together your order throughout the line. We will be back —peteb
