Bomberos Sub and Bake Shop is a Puerto Rican deli and bakery in Maplewood. They offer breads made from scratch, empanadas, quesitos, sandwiches and subs, and custom cakes.
The name derives from owner Al Velazquez's work as a firefighter and the fact that the building used to be a firehouse.
Opened in December 2014.
