Charlotte Flea Marts, as the name suggests, is a flea market in Charlotte. Originally located at 4421 Lake Avenue, they have expanded into the building next door as well.
Charlotte Flea Marts consists of over 50 vendors with their own spaces, which they rent for $25 a month. They also volunteer at the checkout. The vendors are not dealers of any kind but simply local people who have stuff they would like to get rid of. It is essentially a neverending garage sale.
* The 4421 location does not have stairs but navigating the inside may be difficult due to crowding.

2012-08-19 16:59:27 This is the type of place where you wade through a lot of junk but eventually find a treasure. The service is very friendly. The cashier told me she's made over $700 as a vendor here. —EileenF
