However in recent years, following on the heels of the artisan bread, artisan beer and artisan wine trends, we now have many artisan cheeses available in the marketplace. Sure you can get the old standbys in most grocery stores, convenience stores and farmers' markets, but for extensive artisan cheese selections you may need to go elsewhere.
