Cheshire is a classic old-style cocktail bar in the South Wedge featuring classic pre-Prohibition era cocktails such as old-fashioneds, Sazeracs, Negronis, Manhattans and whiskey sours.
It opened on February 29, 2012. On June 6 2023, Cheshire closed with Solera but the cocktail lounge moved to their current location on May 31, 2024
