2008-11-20 16:17:09 City residents can call 311 to "get quick answers and make request by dialing just one number." However, they are 0-2 in getting requests right so far with me. Both my requests were about city employees not completing a service 9refuse collection and leaf pick up) and both requests were forwarded to the correct department—but had incorrect and/or incomplete info, so I had to call again.
Either skip 311 and call the dept directly or follow up with the department after you have made the request. —BadFish
