Was charged another full day of rental despite the clerk telling me that I had until the end of the day to return the vehicle. I also pointed out that the time to return vehicle section was left blank on the agreement but they refused to return my money for the extra day. The manager refused to return my phone calls and the clerk that I spoke with over the phone with was extremely rude and yelled at me and accused me of trying to cheat them. Nice customer service. Not surprised to see that they had very low ratings with the better business bureau. --["Users/dmarie"]

Both vehicles we rented had worn tires and were of questionable safety. If you have any problems they will not help you out! Poor customer relations/service.
