Colby's Ice Cream, Bake Shop & BBQ is the first spin-off location of Colby's Pig Roast Catering Inc., established in 1989. Colby's specializes in slow-roasted naked barbeque, in which the pork, beef, turkey and chicken are roasted slow and unaltered. Each guest selects one or several BBQ sauces, ranging from mild to hot, to create a tender, moist BBQ sandwhich. Colby brings mouth-watering delights from local bakeries, their own fresh baked breads and rolls, and 32 flavors of Hersheys ice cream and custard all together in a family friendly location at the corner of Interstate 390, West Henrietta Road and Route 251. Colby's also does catering.
