Continental Martial Arts Supplies is a sporting goods store that carries products that specialize in and relate to the martial arts, including instructional books and videos, uniforms, exercise and training equipment and demonstration and practice weapons. They also sell a variety of Asian-inspired gifts such as Japanese incense and logographic greeting cards using Chinese characters.
Continental first opened in 1978 on East Avenue downtown and have been at their current location in Monroe Village since 1985.
