- If you are considering using this company for any "critter" problems please think twice. i called them because i had an univited guest. The man on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. The technician showed up at my house and stayed 20 minutes but was supposed to work for 1 hour, charged me 160.00 and did absolutely nothing for my payment. he didnt even try to locate the problem and then proceeded to tell me it would cost 1600.00 to really fix the "problem". When I called the company back the man on the phone started to argue with me and told me that was the price and that it was to bad. They were very rude and unprofeesional - dont recommend their services at all.
