The Dartmouth House Bed and Breakfast is a B&B located on Dartmouth Street in the Park Avenue neighborhood. The house is a 1905 English Tudor owned by Bill and Ellie Klein. They offer three spacious rooms, one small room, and a third-floor suite, along with high-speed wireless and complimentary breakfast. The B&B is smoke-free. Children must be at least ten years of age.
2012 Fire
On January 31, 2012 the Dartmouth House was severely damaged by a house fire. No injuries were reported; the Kleins were out of town at the time. As of March 2012, the Dartmouth House is closed until further notice and a Facebook page has been created to chronicle the reconstruction. To help document property lost, the Kleins requested photographs showing the interior taken by past guests during their stay.
The Dartmouth House will be reopening on November 21, 2015.
