The DePaul City Center is where DePaul offers many of its services to seniors and people struggling with addiction and mental health issues. The Center located in the South Wedge and includes [WWW]DePaul's T-Shirt Factory.

Construction of the $4.2 million, 50,000-square-foot center began in Fall 2006 and was completed in 2007. The project also included approximately $5 million in environmental remediation of the site.

From the architect's website

City Center represents DePaul’s commitment to centralizing services and augmenting its continuum of care by providing social support and services, clinical and residential programs, and vocational services, which had been previously offered by the DePaul Clubhouse, DePaul’s T-Shirt Factory, WorkGuide, the DePaul Continuing Day Treatment program and DePaul’s Supported Housing program in multiple locations. The center offers a broad spectrum of personalized options from which consumers can choose. Individuals can work on getting a job, see their therapist and enjoy social interactions if they wish. With City Center, they do not have to be enrolled in five different programs, all on different sides of the city. Also, the options for services they select at City Center can change with the needs of the individual.
