The doughnuts were a little pricey for my experience, over $1 each. We got all yeast doughnuts (4 types), and the yeast dough was a little heavy for our tastes. The doughnuts all seemed slightly overcooked. Granted, ours might have come from a bad batch. The "famous" flying saucer had a great flavor, but again, was slightly dry. We will likely go back and give it another shot. One morning as we made the corner, he said his first word, "Donut!" and reached out towards the shop. His first birthday cake was a donut with a scoop of ice cream in the middle and a candle on top.
