Duck Soupe was a breakfast/lunch venue located on East Main Street in downtown. It was open for breakfast and lunch during the work week and dinner Wednesday through Friday.
It opened on September 26, 2011. Owner was Tony Gullace, who also owns the Max Restaurants.
It closed in 2012 and replaced by Max Sushi & Noodles.

2011-12-08 13:09:34 Went here today for lunch with 3 friends. 2 of us had the burger and 2 had the pork sandwich. Both were really good. Definitely at the top end of prices for lunch but the food was good and the service was good. Bun for the burger was a brioche bun that was really good, and fries were fresh cut fries which was really nice. I would definitely go back and would recommend to others! —goldengirl217
