East Henrietta Road is a long route that begins in Rochester's Upper Mount Hope neighborhood. It continues into Brighton, through Henrietta, and finally ends in the town of Rush. Only a small bit of East Henrietta is in the city. The rest is primarily a suburban commercial strip that gradually turns into farmland as you continue south.

East Henrietta Road as Route 15A

East Henrietta Road may come to an abrupt end in Rush near the entrance of the Wild Wood Country Club, but the road continues on as Route 15A, carrying drivers between Hemlock Lake and Canadice Lake. On the way, you pass near or through Honeoye Falls, Mendon, and Lima, eventually merging with Route 15 in Springwater.

City of Rochester

Intersects with Mt. Hope Avenue, South Avenue, Westfall Road, and the Erie Canal Trail. The Erie Canal itself forms the border with Brighton.

Brighton

Delmonicos Italian Steakhouse and Veterinary Specialists of Rochester are located on White Spruce Boulevard across from MCC.

Intersects with I-390 and enters Henrietta at the Brighton Henrietta Town Line Road.

Henrietta

Major intersections are Jefferson Road, the Genesee Expressway, Calkins Road, Lehigh Station Road/Route 253, and I-90. East Henrietta's commercial density reaches critical mass at the intersection with Jefferson, where Henrietta Plaza is located. It enters Rush at the Rush-Henrietta Town Line Road.

Rush

This area is almost exclusively farmland.
