The Eastman Historic District is located within the borders of downtown's Lower East End neighborhood. It was added in 1984 as "Monroe County - #84003946" and encompasses 14 buildings on 138 acres. One Eleven on East, originally the Sagamore Hotel, is a prominent address here.
