El Jibarito was a Puerto Rican restaurant in Edgerton. Parking was available behind the building. Deliveries were also available. Owner Rafael Diaz also sold a similar selection of finger foods at his other business, El Jibarito Grocery, at 776 N. Clinton Ave, also now closed.
El Jibarito was succeeded by La Marifinga.
