Evan Dawson is a local journalist best known for as host of the WXXI radio show and podcast Connections with Evan Dawson. He is also the author of numerous freelance articles, as well as Summer in a Glass: The Coming of Age of Winemaking in the Finger Lakes. Dawson is also the managing and Finger Lakes editor for the New York Cork Report, a website dedicated to the New York wine industry.
From 2003-14 he was an anchor at WHAM TV-13.
Evan Dawson lives in East Rochester with his wife and son.
