Fairport Brewing Company, established in December 2010, is a small brewery operated by two former homebrewers.
Their tap room is located in the Village of Fairport and opened on August 15, 2013.
In August 2018, after failing to get expansion plans approved by the Village of Fairport, they moved their beer and Kombucha production into the City of Rochester. Future plans also include a second tap and tasting room and a possible restaurant.
