We tried the Napoletana (tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, pecorino romano, extra virgin olive oil), the San Daniele (mozzarella, cherry tomato, baby arugula, san daniele imported prosciutto, shaved parmigiano reggiano & balsamic cream) and our favorite of the night, the Rochester (mozzarella, taleggio, prosciutto di parma, truffled oil). The crust was amazing, you could "taste the heat" so to speak from that amazing AUTHENTIC wood-fired brick oven.
