Fiamma Centro was the second location of Fiamma Pizza e Vino but now is the only location of an Italian restaurant specializing in wood-fired pizzas, pasta, and specialty sandwiches.
This location opened on November 16, 2016 in the Neighborhood of the Arts.

2016-11-20 09:28:18 Dinner last night was very good. Service a bit hit and miss but we'll give them some time as they have only been open a few days. They did a really nice job with the remodel of the inside of this old industrial building, which they said had been the boiler room for the surrounding buildings. Be advised that the pizzas and calzones are huge, easily enough to be shared by two people with normal appetites. We will certainly go back soon. —DottieHoffmann
2017-03-16 17:02:31 Been here twice, including Valentine's Day. Both experiences were great! The pizza is great, and the atmosphere is cool. Kind of similar to Good Luck in terms of decor and that it gets pretty loud in there. —DE
