2013-04-07 18:33:35 Very friendly staff. Couch ripped on the way in. I was very pleased with the way it was handled. I was contacted by them and given the option for them to replace my couch or pay for part of it. I chose to have it replaced and had a brand new one delivered later in the week. Would recommend or use again because of the way the situation was handled. —Lauren
