I tried it last week and this was my experience: The choices for meat is thinly sliced beef that is frozen solid, shredded unseasoned chicken breast, and tofu. The vegetable choices were really lacking: bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, baby corn, and maybe two other things. After you choose the meat and vegetables, you have the option of having them use garlic oil, sesame oil, or one other oil. They then proceed to cook it on the Mongolian grill. This part is a shame. They just warm it up on the grill and hand it to you. They then pour a small cup of sauce on it of your choosing. I don't remember all the choices but there were about six. After trying them out, all of them were not good so I chose their brown sauce. They also serve you either white or fried rice. After eating it, I can honestly say that it's one of the worst Mongolian grill dishes I have ever eaten. It tasted like it was a TV dinner. I'm not a picky eater at all, but I was sad that I paid $8 for this. Maybe they're still working out the kinks, but I feel bad that RIT students are forced to eat this stuff. Salsarita's Fresh Cantina across the room remains the only feasible dining option in Global Village right now. I haven't tried Oishii Sushi yet, but I'm not holding my breath on them either. --["Users/ytbh"]
