Golden Fox Family Restaurant is a diner in Culver-Merchants/Beechwood serving breakfast and lunch. It was founded in 1963 by 20-year-old George Kasandrinos, a recent immigrant from Greece. The Kasandrinos family also owned and operated T's Times Square Cafe, which sold food prepared at Golden Fox. They also once operated a small diner named Little Fox Cafe.
The Kasandrinos family closed the restaurant on June 30, 2024; on July 5 the restaurant was reopened by the owners of Maa's Diner in Webster. Few changes were anticipated.

2009-07-29 16:58:20 I love it! I have lunch here with extended family when I am back in town. They do a great fish fry; in fact, everything I've had is good. The staff are very accommodating as well. —AutumnHaag
2009-09-08 12:35:03 Have been a fan since some colleagues pointed this out to me (and I have lived nearby for years — sometimes overlooking what is under our noses). Fish fry/sandwich available daily. Wed and Thr is Greek day when normal, extensive menu is supplemented by very good Greek Choices. Chicken lemon rice soup is delightful. Staff is very accommodating. I have brought groups of 25 to 30 and taken advantage of private room off the main dining room. —flanzafame
