Groove Juice Swing teaches jazz and swing-era dance classes, such as Lindy Hop, East Coast Swing, Charleston, Tap, and Balboa at the Rose Room in the South Wedge. They also host monthly special dance events and teaching workshop weekends like Stompology and Slow Dance Soiree.
Every Wednesday at the Rose Room main ballroom from 8:30-10:30PM they host the Rochester Lindy Jam, a social swing dance. $8 to attend, free if it is your first time, and they always do a free beginner lesson starting around 8:45pm. Come with or without a partner, all are welcome.
