''2012-06-30 15:53:58'' [[nbsp]] Wow, what a place! Not only do they have a market with everything known to Turkish, Arabic, and a good bit of Indian cuisines, they also have a halal butcher, AND a sit-down cafe, as well! You can eat-in, or take-out complete meals (with rice and salad), or order halal sandwiches, pizza, or rotisserie chickens. They also have a huge selection of Turkish baked goods (think Greek, and you have a good idea of what they are like) as well.

We had a quick lunch today, sharing a ground lamb/beef kabob meal. The meat was spiced with cinnamon, allspice, and I believe cardamon. The salad was partly lettuce, cucumber and tomato (no feta in Turkish salads), and we also had a side of onions in dressing, sprinkled with sumac powder. Yummm!!!!

The only downsides are the fairly cheap interior. It's primarily a market, after all. No alcohol is served. From the clientele I saw there, it's a mix of Turkish, Middle-Eastern, Indo-Pakistani, and East African. --["Users/alex-c"]
