If you do get lost, there's a good chance you'll run into someone before you perish. Some of the trails are part of the Finger Lakes trail system, for which there are good quality maps available (can't remember where I got mine).<br> - <br> - The trails can be quite muddy, so I only go after a dry spell. Bugs can be pretty nasty too. But it's a great, vigorous uphill hike, and very pretty.
