The High Falls Center & Interpretive Museum is located in the nationally-registered Brown's Race Historic District within the High Falls District of downtown Rochester. The building is a refurbished 19th-century waterworks. The High Falls Visitors Center and Museum is operated by the Office of the City Historian.

It formerly operated as the The Center at High Falls before being closed for budget reasons.
