2007-08-30 11:12:49   The view from the restaurant is great of the Rochester skyline. The food was ok, nothing amazing. Not a bad restaurant though, just nothing to flock to. I enjoy listening to jazz there on the weekends from the Mangione band every once in a while. —MrRochester

2007-08-30 18:00:35   Been going to Horizons for over eleven years. Other restaurants may come and go but Horizons in my opinion is one of the best restaurants in Rochester. Menu options range from favorite standards, prime steaks and some really creative specials and fish dishes. Service is not rushed with attention to detail. Oh, the wine list is impressive as well. —MikeEdwards

2007-08-30 18:07:44   Been there to brunch dozens of times and They've always had a pianist!!!!! The brunch is really good too. There not to many restaurants left where you get white tablecloth service at lunch and dinner. Dinner is really great. The Chef is creative without going overboard. My wife and I have met him and he's really nice. Solid seafood items and creative specials. Desserts are all home made. —MikeEdwards
