2011-08-14 19:15:17 Jo-Ann Fabric Store on Ridge Road is poorly organized, the staff is rude or are clustered at various areas talking amongst themselves, it is difficult to find things or get waited on, especially to get fabric cut. The instructions at the check-out registers are not even followed by staff and while you might be standing in line - they will not wait on you. Fabric is of a lower quality than other fabric stores. If you value peace of mind - don't shop here. —NancyKidoona
