Kilwin's was a local outlet of the national chain serving ice cream and candy in Pittsford. The nearest Kilwin's is now in Gettysburg, PA, no stores in NY.
Ice cream and a wide selection of candy were the specialties at the Pittsford Kilwin's. The candy selection includes fudge, carmel corn, nut brittle and truffles. Almost all of the candy and fudge is made on the premises. The ice cream, which usually includes a selection of 20-30 flavors, comes from the Kilwin's dairy in Michigan.
Kilwin's was just up the street from Super Wegmans and Pittsford Plaza.
