Kinections is a dance studio in the Neighborhood of the Arts. They focus on LivingDance™, which "works with natural forms of movement that are intrinsic to the art of dance: breath, muscle connection, shape, beat, etc" in order to reduce stress, define boundaries, improve relationships with others, build self-confidence, and other emotional benefits. Kinections was founded by Dr. Danielle Fraenkel in 1984.
They share their space with Goddess Hour.
