Lake Shore is a semi-private golf course on the North side of Rochester, near Charlotte. Lake Shore opened in 1932, and in 2001 was purchased by a partnership including PGA Pro golfers Jeff Sluman and Dudley Hart. In recent years the course and clubhouse have been improved. They operate a restaurant on Friday evenings, which is open for catered events at other times.
Lake Shore also operates a 9-hole executive course, Shore Acres, across the street.
