Many plazas across the city would then be called Tops Plaza or whatever their anchor store. They hardly call attention to their legal or directory names, which serve no advertising purpose. Note this is not like naming rights, for stadiums and whatnot. + + The last time i saw the big blue sign at night, which may be five months ago now, it was broken.
