Mama Napoli Foods LLC is a wholesaler and retailer of authentic Sicilian Arancini (stuffed rice balls). They sell primarily to local restaurants but you can order a tray ready to serve for your special events. They currently make the Classico version filled with mozzarella cheese, ground beef, sauce and peas. The vegetarian version is made with a spinach & cheese filling. All can be made gluten-free or for extra crispiness coated in Panko breadcrumbs.
