Melo Coffee and Kitchen is a coffeehouse and cafe serving breakfast and sandwiches made from locally sourced ingredients. Located in the Neighborhood of the Arts in the former Starry Nites Cafe location. Opened September 29, 2020 as Matilda Coffee House and Kitchen by the former owners of Unter Biergarten. Purchased by Fuego Coffee Roasters in December 2021 and rebranded as Melo.
