Meraki Coffee Co. is a pop-up espresso bar that currently appears at Cheesy Eddie's. The owners are longtime Glen Edith employees Holli and Ryan Baker. They serve Parlor Coffee beans from Brooklyn. The signature drink is a salted Nutella latte.
