Meraki Coffee Co. was a pop-up espresso bar that often appeared at Cheesy Eddie's. The owners were longtime Glen Edith employees Holli and Ryan Baker. They served Parlor Coffee beans from Brooklyn. The signature drink was a salted Nutella latte.

Opened in June 2016.
