I don't think his comments about the food matter, as no intelligent diner will value the opinion of a disgruntled ex-employee. The comment about the rats is a bit more dubious.
The only case in which we should allow the comment to remain is if the user wants to use his real name and stand behind his accusation --["Users/EastSideStephen"]
